Digital Knitting Pattern: Lubec Pullover

$12.50

This knit is a breeze—the perfect match for movie night—and wearing it is even easier, in all your favorite colors, solid or striped to suit. Inspired by the bold stripes of Maine’s iconic lighthouse at Lubec.

Sizing:

This garment offers 12 sizes: XS - 8X, represented as XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL)(3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL, 7XL, 8XL) designed to fit an approximate chest measurement of 32 (34, 36, 38, 40, 42)(44, 46, 50, 54, 58, 62)”. Shown on our model and designer Andrea (size M) with approximately 3-3.5” of positive ease (built into each size). Review the schematic image included in this pattern to best determine your size.

About the Yarn:

The yarn used for the original sample is quite lofty and light for a DK, with a two ply structure that blends together beautifully once washed and blocked. For substitutions, lots of yarns will do, but they’ll achieve slightly different styles. Non-superwash, loftier yarns will be closest to the original look, with some grabbiness to blend the stripes. Switching to a smoother yarn will create more drape to the finished garment.

Fru Valborg BFL / Masham DK, 75% BFL / 25% Masham, 262 yd (240 m) per 100 g skein, shown in colorways Mahogany and Blush

We also currently have samples ongoing using Nash Island TIDE, 100% Wool, Sport Weight, 175 yd (160 m) per 50 g skein, in both solid and striped variations.
